About

To help you and your company in the best possible way, it’s important that we are a good match.

That’s why you can always book a match call with me – and you can also read on here to get an insight into my beliefs, my knowledge and experience, my working method and who I am as a person.

A moral compass is the most important leadership tool
I believe that a strong moral compass is the most important leadership tool. Both when leading ourselves as individuals and when we are leading others.

Room for individuality strengthens the community
I believe that we can use our strengths better and thus contribute more to the community when the work place can make room for and support us as the individuals, we are.

The whole person performs better
I believe that when we create space for everyone – leaders and employees – to be their whole selves at work, we achieve better results.

Authenticity creates more energy
I believe that when we live authentically, both at work and at home, we have more energy in our daily lives, for both work and private life.

Sustainable growth
I believe that if we want to continue attracting a qualified workforce and keep growing, we need to think sustainability on all levels. In terms of the environment, in terms of values, and in terms of well-being.

Unconventional thinking can lead to better solutions
I believe that we must challenge ourselves and our way of thinking. We need to ask ourselves why we do what we do – and whether it can be done differently, in a way that is more sustainable and produces better results.

Empirical knowledge and experience
Throughout my life and my career, I have gained knowledge through my own experiences, observations, and conversations with both ordinary people and experts in areas like emotionel and mental well-being, stress, stress management, psychology, and spirituality.

Professional knowledge and experience
I am educated as a Marketing Economist with specializations in HR, Management, and Organizational Design. I have worked in various industries and positions throughout my career, which has provided me with a broad understanding of the labor market. In addition, I continuously absorb knowledge from a variety of books, authors, experts, and thought leaders on leadership, philosophy, anthropology, spirituality, well-being, stress, and mental health in the workplace.

Stress and well-being
People affected by stress and those struggling with well-being have often shown me instinctive confidence. This has opened up for deep and vulnerable conversations, providing me with extensive knowledge on the subject – both on why stress and poor well-being arise, and how to better the situation. At 29 years old (in 2007), I personally experienced stress for the first time. Since then, I have researched the topic extensively. Since 2018, I have used my knowledge and experience to help stressed individuals return to the workforce, either as employees or entrepreneurs.

Reflection and dynamics
The knowledge and experience I’ve gathered over the years are something I regularly reflect on. I compare my reflections with the dynamics and patterns I observe in the labor market and in society. Through these reflections, I see new ways to design workplaces and the society that enable more people to thrive, while reducing the burden of costly stress-related expenses.

Elevating the individual to strengthen the company
I primarily work with leaders and employees on an individual basis. I do this for two reasons:

Firstly, I can create greater transformations on an individual level, as the guidance is specifically tailored to the person I’m working with.

Secondly, changes made in a 1:1 session are more likely to be long-lasting compared to those created in group settings.

One size fits none
I never offer standard solutions. Our strengths lie in the our individuality and how we use it for the common good. Therefore I base my solutions on the person I work with. It is important for me to find solutions that the person can see themselves in; otherwise, the solutions won’t work.

Trust
I know that trust is the most important ingredient in my work. If the person I’m guiding doesn’t trust me, I cannot do my job effectively. Therefor I always prioritize confidentiality, integrity, and reliability, so trust can flourish.

Spiritually grounded
As a private individual, I am drawn to creating a connection between the spiritual and the everyday lifte. You could say that I like to bring spirituality down to earth. I am very interested in Human Design – I am a 6/2 Generator. If you’re familiar with Human Design, you’ll know what I’m talking about – if not, you probably won’t. Human Design is an astrological and spiritual system that guides you back to your authentic self. It’s not something I actively use in my sessions yet, but perhaps in the future.

My love
My husband Uffe and our two daughters are my great love. I adore our family and the life we’ve created, where both Uffe and I are self-employed, allowing plenty of time and space for our girls (and our dog).

My life
I’ve been alive since 1978 – making me 46 years old at the time of I’m writing this. I’m looking forward to turning 50. I’ve always had a sense that life will be wonderful when I hit 50. I think it has to do with getting to know myself better as I grow older, allowing me to live my life more in alignment with my authentic self. Life hasn’t always been easy – I think that’s the case for all of us. So I hope and believe it will get easier with age. In reality, life will probably always have its ups and downs, and the key is learning to be standing strong so you won’t be knocked down.
