When we dare to be ourselves, we make better decisions – for ourselves, for our employees and for our companies.
But in order to be ourselves, we have to find out who “ourselves” is. Throughout life, we have learned to adapt. We adapt to expectations from our family, our workplace and from society. To find ourselves again, we need to look at where we have adapted so much that we have forgotten or hidden our authentic self. When we can’t feel our authentic self or when we (consciously or unconsciously) hide it away, we get stress. As an employee, it is our responsibility to find and know our authentic self. It’s the company’s and management’s responsibility to create space for us all to be our authentic selves.

to find your job satisfaction again. I primarily help through 1:1 conversations, where we can work with leadership, stress management, authenticity and how to be strong in yourself as both manager and employee.
How I work
I don’t believe in “one size fits all” solutions. That’s why you always get a personalized and tailored solution from me. I work “behind” the challenge to find out what the underlying causes are. I believe that if we don’t address the root cause, we won’t solve the challenge.
