1:1 sessions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Through regular sessions we will address the issues, that you feel is stopping you from being the best version of yourself \u2013 both as a leader and as a whole person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You choose what we discuss. It could be issues such as leadership loneliness, who you are and wish to be as a leader, how to balance family life and work life, how to stand strong in yourself as you navigate between top management and employees, or how to experience and manage work pressure. The aim of these conversations is to guide you to find your authentic self and thereby (re)establish calmness in body, mind, and soul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All conversations are confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sessions are typically conducted online and<\/em> can be held in both Danish and English.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leadership Teams<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Through participation in leadership team meetings and individual sessions with leaders, I help strengthen communication and collaboration. The approach and topics we\u2019ll work on depend on the challenges and issues I observe within the leadership group. The goal of the collaboration is to create a leadership team, where each leader sees themselves and their co-leaders clearly and dares to set aside ego, thus strengthening the collaboration within the team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
